In that order. I own the developer option with all 3 and I am an active affiliate of all three as well. Catalyst offers a ton of design controls without getting unwieldy and the Custom Layouts, Custom Widget Areas, Custom Hookboxes, and Custom CSS (including a front end CSS Editor) make customizing a website extremely easy. Genesis has a great framework and a ton of ready made Child Themes by really good designers but its harder to customize without some coding knowledge than Catalyst. As @EricHamm mentioned, I had yet to clear my browser so the new admin styling changes didn't show up and the fan was going so it sounded a bit too much like a wind tunnel.
