In that order. I own the developer option with all 3 and I am an active affiliate of all three as well. Catalyst offers a ton of design controls without getting unwieldy and the Custom Layouts, Custom Widget Areas, Custom Hookboxes, and Custom CSS (including a front end CSS Editor) make customizing a website extremely easy. Genesis has a great framework and a ton of ready made Child Themes by really good designers but its harder to customize without some coding knowledge than Catalyst.
