This iteration is producing what I’ve taken to calling my version two point oh.
I feel like I’m drowning in information.
So I’m starting at the beginning, by getting back to basics.
Starting with the core of what I can offer and, more importantly, what I’m passionate about doing daily.
Teaching you to create content that attracts your ideal audience. Propelling them seamlessly into your customer’s experience path.
Or moving them along to their actual solution. I’m not everyone’s solution.
I focus on being one person’s perfect solution.
I’m no expert, as I’m just approaching twenty years (from 2/1996) in direct marketing.
But I do think about successfully marketing directly to consumers, more than anyone else.
Not gonna bury the lede. AKA, your customer’s experience
The term, customer experience, encompasses so many marketing industry- start up world- entrepreneurial buzz words but I’m not listing them here. They’d get in the way of your experience on this page. So no stuffing keywords for the search engine.
You have a business.
You solve at least one problem, which is extremely important to your customer.
Your customer wants the solution or moving away from the pain their problem provides and your solution absolves.
Can your customer experience use some improvement?

My Plan For Written, Audio, and Video Content
I’m changing my approach to each starting July 13th, 2015.
I’m going to seven audio episodes per week. Released daily at 3:00PM ET on my website, which pushes them into my iTunes Audio Podcast feed automatically. The new version will be even more bite sized, shooting for 180 seconds at most for each episode. And they will serve as my curation of the massive amount of marketing and business related podcasts I listen to every week. Allowing you to sample only the juiciest nuggets of information.
I’m still doing 4 live Question & Answer themed Video broadcasts each week, Monday through Thursday AM. These will average thirty minutes each day.
Work best when I m genuinely excited about my topic and genuinely trying to change people’s lives as well. Direct and indirect monetization combined.
