Customer Experience Path 1

March 3, 2015 By Jason Hobbs Leave a Comment

Local accounting firm whose services are tailored to meet your unique needs.

  • Accounting Management
  • Tax Management
  • Financial management

Here is the staging site for my customer experience path example. For Lamar Purvis CPA, Fitzgerald, GA

Stranger

Everyone starts their relationship as strangers. You don’t know me. I don’t know you. The concept? Remove distinctions from online and offline for your customers.

This process is triggered by the Call-To-Action which is a link to the page holding the SquareUp Appointment Widget.

So any landing page works great as well. This is significant because you can A/B test your sales pages to improve your conversion rates. Which is marketer speak for, "You’re going to be able to facilitate stronger relationships with your customers."

Choose a day

This ties into your Google Apps account, which is what I use for my jasonhobbsllc.com email addresses, Calendar, etc are run from. The SquareUp Appointment service automagically ties into my business calendar, so I never miss appointments or over book myself.

Choose appointment start time on your chosen day

Choose your appointment start time. This is set for 55 minutes with a 15 min preparation time between calls. All figured out by the SquareUp appointment tool.

This info is passed to the meeting host as well as the guest

I like to setup accounts in my Rainmaker Office on behalf of my customers. That way I’m showing them how to get started, not helping them figure out how to create their account.

So I filled it out to show you

Once booked, this is what you see:

All your details for your appointment

This is the Admin email which SquareUp sends to the Appointment Host

The Appointment Guest email confirmation

They also send text message confirmations of the appointment and then reminders on the day of the appointment.

The Appointment Occurs

Afterwards Lamar puts together his Estimate for the Project, within a Word Processor file (Microsoft Word, etc). When ready to share the estimate with the customer. A product is created within the Rainmaker Office – Admin area. The product’s description serves as the estimate, the product price is the cost of the project.

Free Customer

In order for customers to move from Stranger status to free customer status, they have to create an account with your Rainmaker Office. This can happen in order to see the scheduling page or in order to see their estimate content on the checkout page they will be asked to create an account,
