I started writing this post before release of this week’s Mainframe episode on Rainmaker.FM.
Of course I drop everything to listen to Tony and Chris giddily give away the Copyblogger Media-farm.
But this week the fellas had something extra special for yours truly.
My point plus my head-start.
Tony Makes My Point
Then Tony deftly landed an internal cliff-hanger by teasing, then withholding his third point until after Robert Bruce’s ad for Copyblogger Media, this within the latest episode of the Mainframe:
That third key point is focus.
Really understanding what it is you’re bringing to the table and how to really hone in on that very specific market, and that very specific message…that sets you apart from everybody else, right Chris?
Thats what focus is really all about.
Focus on your customer.
Deliver your customer’s message, at the right point in time.
Shows. I run them.
With the launch of Rainmaker.fm, came the Showrunner Podcast, which I instantly latched onto.
The first episode, through Jerod whom I already “knew”, introduced me to Jonny’s Hack-The-Entrepreneur.
Plus put Jonny with Jerod.
Peanut butter and jelly wish they complemented each other like the Showrunner duo.
After devouring all available episodes of the Showrunner guys
It was an easy transition into customer with my purchasing the Showrunner Course.
And finally starting my podcast.
Because of you.
You. My Audience of One
Look, I know we just met and all.
And this may sound crazy, but I know you’re the one.
While getting started with the Showrunner course, Jerod and Jonny forced me to define my audience of one.
It’s you. You’ve been on my mind since Gramps introduced me to you in 2006.
I’m focused on my goal and you. My prime/ideal/perfect customer.
And your problem.
Plus my solution.
Your Problem?
Your business isn’t benefitting from the internet. The technology gets in your way.
At every solitary step along your path.
We’ll focus and organize your business, by getting personal.
Why?
Because you have goals. You have your motivations for your business’ success.
My Head Start
License, nay requirement I be myself. Since that’s my surest path to my lofty ass goals.
Plus the fact that I like you.
And a little laughter never hurt nobody while helping or getting helped.
My priority in our relationship is educating, by sharing short stories, whose point helps you run your business online more successfully.
I work hard to improve my knowledge and experience with Customer Experience by delivering consistently with your experience, as my customer.
This comes from your accessing my logged-in-experience.
If you have any questions or think I’m wrong, let Darcy know in the comments.
